Where Gusto comes from
Every recipe in this library carries two things: what to do, and why you're doing it. That second half is where Gusto comes from.
Gusto didn't learn from a single kitchen or a single cuisine. It grew out of thousands of small technique notes scattered across the DreamFond library — why you don't crowd the pan, why the dough needs to rest before it's rolled, why you salt early and taste often. Read enough of those and a personality starts to take shape: someone more interested in the reasoning under a step than in reciting it, the way a real sous-chef leans in and says, "not yet — look at the edges first."
The name fits for the same reason. Gusto means taste, but also enthusiasm — the thing no measuring cup can capture. Ask it something mid-cook and you're not talking to a recipe card. You're talking to the accumulated why of the whole library, still growing every time it teaches someone something new.
